Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology is a psychology sub-discipline which employs the fundamental theories and approaches of the discipline of psychology to understand, describe, and predict the behavior of employees, and studies human behavior in the workplace with scientific methods. Research conducted in the field of I/O Psychology aim to increase the productivity, welfare, and well-being of employees and businesses. Özyeğin University (OzU) Master of Psychology Program consists of two master’s programs, with or without the thesis requirement. In both the thesis and non-thesis programs, students can specialize in the fields of Couple and Family Therapy, and Applied Developmental Psychology.
Özyeğin University International Relations and Globalization (IRG) Thesis Master's Program offers its graduates the opportunity to pursue a doctorate in political sciences and related fields at leading universities in Turkey and the world; and/or become leaders, managers, and policymakers in public institutions, civil society, political parties, and international organizations. This program aims to provide preparation and equipment at the most advanced international standards for researcher, educator, and practitioner roles.
The mission of the Master’s Program in Design, Technology and Society (Thesis) is to equip prospective students with the knowledge and core skills to study and undertake interdisciplinary scientific research within the cross-section of design, technology, society and other related areas. The master’s program is intended to be a home for qualified research by providing the necessary conditions: a robust faculty, fundamental infrastructural resources, and a productive research and development environment. Unlike the undergraduate programs we offer, the Master’s Program in Design, Technology, and Society is directed towards in-depth study and research of various interdisciplinary fields. In doing so, the program endeavors to open up new horizons for students and equip them with a broad perspective.
