Fall 2025-2026 International Student Applications – Quick Guide

Applications for Fall 2025-2026 undergraduate programs at Özyeğin University are now open for international students! Follow these simple steps to apply:

1. Sign Up & Apply
   Visit our Application Portal to create an account and submit your application. Ensure you upload all required documents including your passport, high school diploma, transcripts, motivation letter, and English language proficiency test results (TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, etc.) if available.

2. Evaluation & Offer Letter
   Once you submit your application, the International Office will review it. If complete, the faculty committee will assess your application and send an Offer Letter to your email.

3. Pre-payment & Acceptance
   If accepted, you will receive a student ID and instructions to pay a $1000 USD pre-payment. This will be deducted from your tuition fees. Once the payment is made, we will send your acceptance and visa letters.

4. Placement Exam
   Students who complete the pre-payment will take the Placement and Trace Exam in August-September. If you pass, you will be exempt from the English Preparatory Program. Students who do not meet the minimum scores in their English proficiency exams will be placed in the English Preparatory Program based on their Placement Exam results. 5. Registration
   After the pre-payment, you will be invited to register between August and September.
