Required Documents

After you submit your application:

  • Missing Documents:
If any required documents are missing, the International Office will notify you via email and request that you provide the missing document as soon as possible.

    Application Evaluation:
If your application is complete, the faculty to which you applied will review it and make a decision regarding admission, rejection, and scholarship eligibility. You will then receive a conditional admission letter via email.

Important: All application results are communicated only via email. Please check your email regularly.

    If You Are Accepted

    • You will receive an email containing your student ID number and the university’s USD account details.

    • To have your original admission and visa documents sent by mail, a prepayment of 1,000 USD is required. (This amount is not an additional fee; it will be deducted from your first semester tuition.)

    • After making the prepayment, send your payment receipt via email to the University. (Please ensure you enter the correct home address during the application process, otherwise your documents cannot be mailed.)

    • After receiving your admission and visa documents, it is the student’s responsibility to apply for a visa at the relevant Turkish consulate. Contact the consulate immediately upon receipt of your documents, as visa processing times vary by country.

IMPORTANT: The prepayment is non-refundable if you decide not to enroll. Only students whose visa application is officially rejected and can provide proof are eligible for a refund.

    Scholarships

    • All applicants are automatically considered for scholarships; no separate scholarship application is required.

    • Scholarship decisions are primarily based on the applicant’s overall academic profile.

    • If you are awarded a scholarship, the scholarship percentage will be indicated in your admission letter. No separate email will be sent.

    English Proficiency Exams

    • Applicants who have completed the prepayment are eligible to take the English Proficiency Exams held in August and September.

    • Candidates who pass the Placement and Trace exams may start their program without taking the preparatory year.

    • Candidates who do not pass will join the English Preparatory Program for 1 or 2 semesters, depending on their level.

    • The tuition fee for the Preparatory Program is the same as the program to which the student has been admitted.

    • For detailed information on Placement and Trace exams, please visit the [link].

    Enrollment Process

    • Students who complete the prepayment will be invited for registration by the Student Services Office.

    • Registrations are finalized every year in August and September.

    • Conditional admission students must complete all required criteria before registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the enrollment process.
